16' 2-Horse Deluxe Trailer

This fully enclosed 2-Horse model is designed for the weekend rider or show person. The slant dressing room wall comes standard with a walk-through door to the horse area. The dressing room is finished with sub-flooring, a camper door, and three sliding windows with Screens. In the horse area, each stall has an aluminum pop-up roof vent to allow more air flow when needed. Drop down feed windows with aluminum safety bars are on the head end and sliding windows with bars on the butt end. Smoked plywood kick lining is installed on the left and right walls to prevent damage to the trailer and all stalls are padded. Also, check out our new exclusive rear Tack Around design--It has easy accessibility for tack and works well for loading and un-loading. This new design leaves the entire rear of the trailer open yet still utilizes the space. And don't forget, our smooth skin design with the all new **No Rust Galvaneal finish** which will last anyone a lifetime--you have steel strength, aluminum quality, and steel price. Weight is this unit is 4,400 lbs approximately and can be towed with any 1500 series truck

All Premier Trailers are now built with the new **NO Rust Galvaneal metal and painted with a Valspar paint system. All metal is stored indoors so there is no rust on the trailers when they roll out of the factory...everything is washed with a steamer and iron phosphate to open up the pores of the metal to allow the primer to stick better, and to remove oil residue. Once that dries, all the seams are sealed with 3M sealant inside and out. Then we prime with two coats of Valspar, automotive primer and paint with three coats of Valspar automotive paint. End result is a very durable, smooth, shining, long lasting finish..
